Almost all of our staff are graduates of the discipleship training program. They do not receive any salary, but work as missionaries, giving back their life to serve the Lord by reaching out to others. The Assistant Executive Directors at each center work directly with the Executive Director to train the staff, oversee the general condition of the buildings and raise the necessary support, as well as teach, counsel, etc. Each center also has an Overseer who is in charge of daily operations. Anyone seeking admission into a center needs to call the Program Overseer at that center.

REVEREND STEVE SCHWARTZ
Reverend Steve Schwartz is the Chief Executive Director of Mission Teens. Steve worked closely with founder Jim Bracken and took the position of Executive Director after Jim went home to be with the Lord in 2012. Please continue to pray for Steve and his wife Barbara as they also oversee our Michigan center.

VICTOR ADAIR
For several years, Reverend Victor Adair has worked with Steve and has recently been appointed as Executive Director. He is now working closely with directors across the country like Rev. Taylor & Julia in Norma. Please keep Victor and his wife Marion, who is a Mission Teens Board Member in your prayers as they also operate our Florida center, Sonrise Mission Bible Training Center.
REVEREND TAYLOR & JULIA BOX
Reverend Taylor & Julia Box are the Assistant Executive Directors of the Norma, NJ Center. After serving at Kentucky Mission Bible Training Center for several years they moved to Norma in 2017. Both live on site as full time missionaries and give back what they so freely received. Please keep them in prayer as they do the work of the ministry ministering hope to those that God sends to Mission Teens.

Ms. Isabelle "Boydie" Bracken is the co-founder of Mission Teens and still serves as a Mission Teens board member as well as with the Women's Auxiliary.
